KERALA Itinerary

Day 1 Kochi To Munnar ( 4 - 4.5 hour Journey )
1. After arrival in Kochi International Airport/Railway. you will transfer to Munnar
2. Drive to Munnar hills , the green Paradise of Kerala with unending expands of Tea plantations, spice plantations and a variety of flora and fauna.
3. On the way visit Cheeyappara as well as Valara waterfalls along with the lovely tea valleys and foggy hills.
4. Check in at your Hotel/Resort at Munnar and spend your afternoon at leisure.
5. In the evening, sip a cup of tea and head towards the Munnar market for some local shopping spree.
6. Overnight stay at the hotel/resort.
Day 2 Munnar Sightseeing
1. After breakfast get ready to explore the city of Munnar.
2. Visit Eco point, Blossom Park, Boating in Mattupetty Dam, TATA Tea museum etc.,
3. Afternoon you will head towards the Ervikulam National park where the endangering
Nilgiri Tahr is conserved and which also the prime attraction of Munnar to have a soft trekking.
4. You can enjoy the breath taking view of entire Munnar hills.
5. Later drive back to your hotel/resort.
6. Overnight stay At Munnar
Day 3 Munnar to Thekkady
1. After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. we will move forward toward Thekkady.
2. Home to the wildlife-rich Periyar National Park, this tourist town is known for its candid and untouched beauty.
3. On arrival at Thekkady, check-in to the hotel/resort.
4. After relaxing for a while, you will be taken for a rustic tribal tour to a nearby village followed by a plantation tour.
5. In the evening you can avail a boat ride in Periyar Lake and enjoy the wilderness of the Periyar National Park. & If time permits visit the famous Kerala cultural show
6. Returning from the ride, you can indulge in local shopping.
7. Overnight stay at the hotel/resort.
Day 4 Thekkady to Alleppey
1. After breakfast, check out from the hotel/resort and drive towards Alleppey; the backwater capital of India.
2. Arriving in Alleppey, check-in into a houseboat/Resort and get settle down.
3. Alleppey is known for its mesmerizing beauty and charm & also called the ‘Venice of the East’,
4. After this, you can take an exciting backwater cruise and enjoy the skim past ancient
Chinese fishing nets; water Lillie’s, lush paddy fields, coir villages, rustic homes, temples, coconut groves, Innumerable lagoons, lakes, canals and estuaries.
5. Overnight stay in the houseboat/Resort.
Day 5 Alleppey to Kovalam ( 3 Hour Journey )
1. After breakfast, check-out from the Hotel& From the ‘Backwater Capital’, today you will be driving to Kovalam
2. On the way we will Drive to Chadayamangalam to explore the Jatayu earth Centre. The giant concrete statue of Jatayu is built on a mighty rock named Jatayupara (para means rock in Malayalam).
3. Reach Kovalam , explore the nearby beaches on your own.
4. Overnight Stay at the resort/hotel in Kovalam
Day 6 Local Sightseeing of Kovalam
1. After breakfast, check-out from the Hotel today you will be driving to Kovalam, the ‘Beach Capital’ of Kerala.
2. It is now time to move or relax on the beauty of the Kovalam beaches named
Lighthouse Beach, Hawah Beach and Samudra Beach which is famous for shallow waters and low tidal waves.
3. After arrival at Kovalam our executive will help you to check in hotel/resort, relax for a while and rest of the day spent on falcate shaped Kovalam beaches bordered with
coconut trees, silvery white sands and clean crystal clearwater that will fascinate you to jump in for an enjoyable swimming session or fora leisure walk in the evening.
Day 7 Kovalam to trivandrum Airport
1. Wake up to this lovely morning and get freshened up!
2. After breakfast we will visit Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple which is a famous Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, located in the Fort Area.
3. The Palace Museum is located in the Kuthira Malika Palace built by Maharaja Swathi Thirunal Balarama Varma, the King of Travancore.
4. The Napier Museum (also called as Govt. Art Museum) is one of the earliest Museums in India established by the Maharaja of Travancore in 1855 and is located in the Zoological Gardens compound.
5. Later drop to Airport
